This policy describes how the Kazakhstan Sanatorium of the Medical Centre of the Presidential Property Management Department of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the Resort) processes the personal data of visitors to kazakhstansanatorium.com. By using the site you agree to this policy.

What data we receive

The site does not store form data on a server. The booking form composes a message and opens it in your WhatsApp app — the data goes directly to the Resort's manager. We also use cookies and analytics services (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Yandex Metrica) that collect anonymised visit data: pages, device, region, referral source.

Why we use it

To respond to your booking request, improve the site and show relevant advertising. We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties except as required by law.

Storage and protection

WhatsApp messages are kept by the Resort's manager for as long as needed to process the request and fulfil obligations to the guest. Only authorised staff have access to the data.

Your rights

You may request information about your data, its correction or deletion by writing to kazakhstanhealthresort@gmail.com. Cookies can be disabled in your browser settings.
